Zidaza, LLC is the technology holding company built by founders who run real medical and dental practices. Every avatar, whether informational, front desk, or fully custom, was tested on real patients inside those practices first, not a demo audience, before Zidaza licensed any of it externally.
Zidaza licenses that same technology to independent physicians, dentists, and healthcare companies who want it in their own name, without building it themselves. Medical and dental practices are where the technology was proven, not a limit on who it's built for. Outside of healthcare, Zidaza is open to developing a custom avatar for any business or industry that wants one.
This is not a consumer app, and not a generic chatbot vendor's product built for healthcare as an afterthought. The medical and dental focus is where Zidaza's clinical credibility comes from, and every custom build outside that focus is held to the same standard.
The technology
Every Zidaza engagement runs under a single license agreement, with the specific technology defined as a schedule to that agreement. A practice adopts one, two, or all three.
Lives on the practice website
Answers a prospective patient's questions about the practice, from services and philosophy to what to expect, in the practice's own voice and built from its own content.
Handles scheduling and intake
Takes a call or message the way a trained front desk employee would: checking availability, gathering intake details, and knowing when to hand off to a person. Built for medical and dental office front desks specifically, with patient information handled to HIPAA and GDPR standards.
Built for one specific need
A fully custom avatar built around one practice's particular clinical or administrative need: a guided process, a specialized Q&A, or something unique to how that practice operates.
Every schedule ships ready for HIPAA and GDPR obligations, with security documentation available for review. Builds integrate with the systems a practice already runs: PMS and EHR platforms, calendar and scheduling tools such as Cal.com and Calendly, and the custom workflows behind the front desk. If your practice needs it to fit differently, it gets built that way.

Licensing

A practice tells us which schedule fits, whether informational, front desk, or custom, and what its patients ask most.
The technology is built on the practice's own approved content, and connected to the practice's PMS or EHR and calendar where the schedule calls for it. Nothing reaches a patient without the practice's sign-off.
